Shipping policy

All of our scrunchies and other hair accessories are handmade.

For stock on hand*, we aim to dispatch within 1 working day and up to 3 working days for items made to order. We post out Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

We use Royal Mail tracked service on all UK orders.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £40

Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

Express Shipping: Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.

*Orders must be placed before 1.00 pm (Mon-Fri) for same day dispatch.
