Where is my order?

Orders usually take 2-3 days for delivery with 2nd class Royal Mail post (Tracked 48) and 1-2 days with 1st class Royal Mail post (Tracked 24). All post is tracked and should be with you in the allotted timeframe. Should you still not have received your item within the times stated, then please contact us.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please notify us of any items for return or exchange in the first instance
by emailing us on returns@thebigscrunchie.com. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the return is due to a fault on our part (for which we will need photographic evidence), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

When returning any item please use a tracked service so that you can track your returns. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any post which is lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 14 days, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Will and item come back in stock?

We cannot guarantee that a particular item will come back in stock.  However, items made from fabrics such as satin and gingham will be available at most times.  Other items have limited runs and so it is best to snap them up whilst they are available.

Can I amend my order?

If you wish to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible - at least within 24 hours of placing your order otherwise we cannot guarantee that your order will not have already been posted out to you.
