Lovely little stocking filler for Christmas.

Pick a scrunchie of your choice from my listings. Add that, together with your unfilled bauble to your basket and we will fill and pack the bauble, with bow and tag included, and post it to you in time for Christmas.

Choice of bows: red. silver or gold. Red will be solid or sheer ribbon, dependent on stock.

All of our scrunchies and other hair accessories are handmade.

We aim to dispatch within 1 working day. We post out Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

We use Royal Mail tracked service on all UK orders.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £40

Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

Express Shipping: Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in its original unworn condition with the original packaging. To start a return please contact returns@thebigscrunchie.com

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt and should appear in your account with 10 working days.

Unless the return is due to a fault on our part (for which we will need photographic evidence), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To start a return, please contact us via email at returns@thebigscrunchie.com

When returning any item, please use a tracked service so that you can track your returns. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any post which is lost in transit.
