All of our scrunchies are handmade in the UK.

Our scrunchies measure:

XXL - approx. 8" diameter
Medium - approx. 6" diameter
Small - approx. 4" diameter.

Elastic length: approx 8" - will wrap twice nicely around a bun. Or two or three times around a pony - depending of course on the thickness of your hair.

Fabric: Polyester Satin

We aim to dispatch within 1 working day. We post out Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

We use Royal Mail tracked service on all UK orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in its original unworn condition with the original packaging. To start a return please contact returns@thebigscrunchie.com

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt and should appear in your account with 10 working days.

When returning any item, please use a tracked service so that you can track your returns. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any post which is lost in transit.
