All of our scrunchies are handmade in the UK.

Satin scrunchies are available in 2 sizes - XXL and medium.

Our scrunchies measure:

XXL - approx. 8" diameter
Medium - approx. 6" diameter

Elastic length: approx. 8" - so can be wrapped around the hair at least twice. However, this depends entirely on your hair thickness and type.

Care Instructions: Hand wash, do not spin, do not wring, do not iron, dry flat. Wash dark colours separately.

Actual colours may vary due to monitor differences and other natural variations.

We aim to dispatch within 1 working day. We post out Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

We use Royal Mail tracked service on all UK orders.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £40

Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

Express Shipping: Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in its original unworn condition with the original packaging. To start a return please contact returns@thebigscrunchie.com

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt and should appear in your account with 10 working days.

Unless the return is due to a fault on our part (for which we will need photographic evidence), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To start a return, please contact us via email at returns@thebigscrunchie.com

When returning any item, please use a tracked service so that you can track your returns. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any post which is lost in transit.
